Yes, an appointment is required for an in-person and virtual meeting shopping experience.

We specialize in unique creations that are imagined from your ideas and in close collaboration with precise attention to detail our expertise in design, extensive experience in jewelry making and ability to source the finest materials.

We only work with precious metals which include gold (14K or 18K) and platinum. Our jewelry/watches are set with natural diamonds. Custom pieces are made with colorless natural diamonds and VS-VVS clarity.

Our process takes typically 2-4 weeks and can take longer as our pieces are handcrafted.

Orders can be started by filling out THE CUSTOM INQUIRY FORM and we will follow up within 1-3 business days with a quote after a $300 dollar design fee is received. Once the design is approved we will require a 50% deposit and the rest of the balance due at completion. Your design fee will be applied to the project or fully-refundable before a 50% deposit would be collected.

All items purchased at our online store dannydiamonds.com or custom order projects are considered made-to-order and are not refundable. However, some items can be accepted for partial store credit (restocking fee may apply) or exchange for equal or more value if the item is in-stock and purchased in-store. Qualified returns will only be accepted within 5 business days. We will not refund for “buyer’s remorse”. Anything altereated, engraved, re-sized will not be refundable. We will not consider any damaged or worn items and all claims will be decided by DD & CO. If the order was damaged during shipping we will replace the item.

Yes, we offer AFFIRM Financing for most orders.Custom order items and watches are eligible for additional fees if financing is the chosen payment method.
