DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Danny Diamonds offers complimentary free express shipping on all domestic orders via USPS carrier. All packages must be shipped to a physical address and require an adult signature. We do not ship to P.O boxes. You will be provided with a tracking shipping number for your order. For overnight shipping reach out to us directly at info@dannydiamonds.com with your order confirmation number. We will provide you with overnight shipping costs once your order is processed and ready to ship. In stock items take up to 1-3 days for delivery. Out of stock items and custom order items please allow for 1-4 weeks for delivery. However, some custom orders may take more than 4 weeks to complete. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Danny Diamonds ships internationally with a flat rate of $100. Most international shipments are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase form www.dannydiamonds.com, you may return or exchange within 7 business days from delivery received date. Returned items are only for in-stock items, this excludes custom order (custom made to order jewelry or grillz) and special order watches. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and charges which are non-refundable. Items must be in unworn and undamaged condition, there should be no scratches or any signs of wear on any jewelry or watches, no alterations and in original packaging to be accepted. Any certificates where applicable must be included. Please allow 7-14 days for refunds to process depending on your banking institution. CUSTOM JEWELRY, GRILLZ & WATCHES POLICY
Custom jewelry, Grillz and special order watches are made to order items and non-refundable, no exchanges, no store credit and are considered final sale. This also includes any personalized items with any engravings, custom mountings and size alterations. In- stock items that are non-custom order or special order with personalized modifications will not be accepted. We do not accept refunds or store credit. Custom and special order products are NOT applicable to refund policy and are final sale. If you have questions with your custom or special order item(s) you can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
CUSTOM DESIGN CAD RENDERING FEE POLICY
CAD fee design/rendering is non-refundable and final sale. If you choose to move forward on the custom piece after the completion of the CAD related wok you will be credited towards the final balance at which time production stage begins and at least 50% deposit is required. If the design is changed to completely different piece, it will require starting the design over and result in additional fees.
